The time between shipping and receiving

Orders are usually processed and shipped 24 to 48 hours after they are received. Orders within Canada are shipped and delivered by the "Canadian Postal System " (CPS). CPS shipping time ranges between 3 - 4 business days (Express) and 7 -10 business days ( Standard ) within Canada and U.S. Entrepreneur Bubble Tea is not responsible for packages arriving late by CPS or any natural disaster on a local or national level. Such examples are floods, earthquakes, spills, flat tires, union strikes etc. Due to shipping restrictions, not all products that are available can be delivered to overseas or international destinations. Large and heavy items are the most notable exceptions. Contact us by Email and we can clear all matters regarding shipping destinations if unsure.

Track down your orders

Have your tracking number, order # or P.O. # when tracking down your order. Due to the high volume of products leaving our shipping department. Entrepreneur Bubble Tea cannot notify everyone regarding his or her order. Please Email our shipping department at sales@tea.us and we will send you your notification messages on your product's whereabouts.

Calculating shipping charges

All postal fees and fees for additional services, with the exception of U.S.A. or international transactions Money Order fees, are subject to the 6% Federal Goods and Services Tax and to the Provincial Sales Tax where applicable in Canada.

How do I place my orders?

By FAX during and after business hours at (604)-936-5752 (Vancouver, B.C.). Our business hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm Pacific Standard Time. Email us using our pre-formatted order form templates or at sales@tea.us provide us with the necessary information and most convenient way to reach you by. Our speedy sales team will return your message by phone or email per your instructions.

Is there a minimum order?

To help off set the high cost of shipping, Entrepreneur Bubble Tea has minimum order(s). After receiving your order(s), our sales department will contact you by Email or phone to confirm your order(s) before they get picked, packaged and shipped.

Refund Policy

At Entrepreneur Bubble Tea we want to be your number one. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products or services. We hope you will bring the issues to our attention.

Issues regarding Products or service, please Email us at info@tea.us. Our staff will deal with all matters promptly to ensure our customers full satisfaction.

Information regarding product returns is to be emailed to sales@tea.us or by telephoned. Our office phone number is (604)-936-4294. Entrepreneur Bubble Tea will answer every Email or reach you by phone after finding out more about the product in question. You will be given a return "Authorization Number" for returning products.

Please note that unauthorized returns without an "Authorization Number" is a refused item and will not be accepted for refund.

Entrepreneur Bubble Tea reserves the rights to refuse returns that are not sent back within one week of authorization. Keep in mind that some merchandise is easily damaged or are perishable goods and should be kept safe and at appropriate temperature.

Please note that returns without an "Authorization Number" will not be accepted for refund.

Please package all "Returning Products" into their original packages or boxes. Have the package clearly marked "returning products" and shipped back to our corporate office prepaid by you.

Upon receipt of the return merchandise, Entrepreneur Bubble Tea will credit your Credit Card or refund you either by Cheque or Credit Voucher.

Note: To Western Canada residences (Central Vancouver). Give us a call and we will have our quick drivers pick up the return packages if time permits. This will save you shipping charges.

There will be a 20% product restocking charge and another 25% Shipping & Handling charges for all Bubble Tea supplies returning.

Paying by Cheques or money Orders

Orders are processed and shipped out upon receipt of your payment. Personal Cheque needs clearance and it usually takes about 4-6 business days. Entrepreneur Bubble Tea will send your order after receiving confirmation clearance. Please make out your Money Order or Cheque to " Entrepreneur Bubble Tea " and send it to:

To avoid shipment delays, payment in full must be received before orders are processed and shipped. Always use the correct Postal Code or ZIP Code for Canada, the U.S.A. or the destination country you are mailing to.

B.C. Orders

Orders within B.C. can be paid at the time of delivery, either by Cheque or Money Order since our corporate office is within B.C. Problems regarding payments can be quickly corrected and dealt with on a local basis.

Canadian Orders

Entrepreneur Bubble Tea products are all in U.S. prices. We take great pride on our competitive prices. Time and Time again, our customers come back for value and service.

International Orders

Orders that are shipped outside Canada such as U.S., Singapore, Australia etc. Please drop us an Email at sales@tea.us or call us at 1-(604)-936-4294 to place your order. We can assist you on up-to-date quotes and shipping charges if unsure. Our sales team will return your email within one or two business days to confirm orders and actions taken.
