Prepareing Sugar Syrup

measurements

  • 1 cup of water
  • 1/2 cup of white sugar
  • 1/2 brown sugar

Note: You can use household "Honey Syrup" as a substitution for "Sugar Syrup" just heat the Honey Syrup to its liquid form and dilute the syrup with a little warm water. Store leftover "Sugar Syrup" in an airtight container to use at a later time (In the fridge is best).

Procedures

1 Boil water at a High temperature in a pot. Sugar Syrup Picture
2 Add all ingredients.
3 Stir evenly and remove the pot from grill when the "Sugar Syrup" reaches a boil.
4 Turn off the heat and let the "Sugar Syrup" cool down to room temperature.

 

Prepareing  Tapioca Pearls

  • 1 cup of Tapioca Pearls
  • 7 cups of water

Procedures

1 Boil water in a large pot at a High temperature. tapioca
2 Add Tapioca Pearls IN the "BOILING WATER" with the cover off for better visibility.
3 Boil for approximately 50 minutes.
4 It's normal to see "Tapioca Pearls" floating in the water.
5 Stir occasionally to prevent Pearls from sticking together.
6 Turn off the heat after elapsed time and let "THE POT" settle at room temperature for 20 minutes with lids on.
7 Rinse the "Tapioca Pearls" in warm water and drain the water into a large bowl. Add "Sugar Syrup" or alternatively "Honey Syrup". Make sure to evenly stir the Tapioca Pearls in either solution. Tapioca Pearls have the tendency to stick to each other.
8 Tapioca Pearls are ready for serving with the many Bubble Tea drinks... Enjoy!

Creamy Flavored SMOOTHIES

    Creamy Flavored
  • A full 16 ounces cup of crushed ice in a blender.
  • 2 ounces of "Coffee Mate" or other creamer of your choice.
  • 3 ounces of Bubble Tea "Creamy Flavored Powder"
  • 1/4 cup of warm water and stir All POWDERS so it evenly dissolved.
  • 1 ounce of sugar syrup.
  • 1 scoop of cooked Bubble Tea "Tapioca Pearls" in a serving cup.

NOTE: You can use "Refined Creamer" or other alternative like: Soya milk, 2% milk, Evaporated milk, Coffee Creamers (Coffee Mate) etc. The purpose of adding a cream base is to make the drink full bodied.

Procedures

1 Add all the dissolved powders into a "BLENDER" and blend until all ice is crushed fined.
2 Pour the shake content over the Tapioca Pearls (or other choices of texture) of the drinking cup and enjoy!
3 You will realize you need a fat straw to suck the round Tapioca Pearls Enjoy!!!

Cream Flavored LATTES

    Cream Flavored LATTES
  • A half cup (0.8 ounces) of crushed ice in a cocktail shaker.
  • 3 ounces of our cream flavored powdered
  • 2 ounces of "Coffee Mate" or other creamer of your choice.
  • 1/4 cup of warm water and stir to dissolve the powder.
  • 1 scoop of cooked Bubble Tea "Tapioca Pearls" in a serving cup.

Procedures

1 Add all the dissolved powders into the "Cocktail Shaker" and shake until all ingredients and ices are mixed well.
2 Pour the shake content over the Tapioca Pearls (or other choices of texture) of the dri nking cup and enjoy!

Fresh Fruit

  • 2 ounces of Bubble Tea "Flavored Syrups"
  • Fresh Fruit bubble tea picture
  • 1 ounces of "Sugar Syrup" or substitution.
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup of crushed Ice
  • 1 scoop of cooked Bubble Tea "Tapioca Pearls" in a serving cup.
  • Several pieces of Fresh Fruit chunks complementing to Flavored Syrups used. (Need ideas? How about Strawberry, Mango, or even Durian)

Procedures

1 Add all the dissolved powders into the blender except the Bubble Tea "Tapioca Pearls".
2 Blend the ingredient to your preference. Some enjoy tasting the fruit pulp and some prefer it finely coursed
3 Pour the blended ingredients over the Tapioca Pearls of the drinking cup.
4 A delicious, refreshing and healthy drink. Enjoy!!!

Pearl Milk Tea

measurements

  • 1 ounces of "Sugar Syrup" or substitution.
  • 3 ounces of Cream Base "Coffee Mate"
  • 3/4 cup of warm "Black Tea/Red Tea" and stir to dissolve the powder.
  • 1 cup of crushed Ice
  • 1 scoop of cooked Bubble Tea "Tapioca Pearls" in a serving cup.

Procedures

1 Add all the dissolved powders except crushed ice and "Tapioca pearls" into a "Cocktail Shaker" and shake until all ingredients are well mixed.
2 Add ice into the "Cocktail Shaker" and shake until fluid is slightly chilled and bubbly.
3 Pour the shaken ingredients over the Tapioca Pearls of the drinking cup and enjoy!!

  • A full 16 ounces cup of crushed ice in a blender.
  • 3 ounces of our flavored powdered "Instant Mixes"
  • 2 ounces of "Coffee Mate" or other creamer of your choice.
  • 6 fluid ounces of warm water
  • 1 scoop of cooked Bubble Tea "Tapioca Pearls" in a serving cup.

Procedures

1 Add all ingredients into the blender and blend until all ingredients and ices are crushed and mixed well.
2 Pour the blended content over the Tapioca Pearls (or other choices of texture) of the drinking cup.

 

Tea Base Lattes

  • A half cup (0.8 ounces) of crushed ice in a Cocktail Shaker
  • 2 ounces of our flavored SYRUPS
  • 2 ounces of "Sugar Syrup" or substitution
  • 9 fluid ounces of BREWED TEA (Either Green Tea OR Black Tea bags)
  • 1 scoop of cooked Bubble Tea "Tapioca Pearls" in a serving cup.

Procedures

1 Add all ingredients into the Cocktail shaker and shake until mixture is mixed evenly.
2 Pour the shake content over the Tapioca Pearls (or other choices of texture) of the drinking cup and enjoy!
